William Hernández
William Hernández is the Focusing Coordinator for Ecuador and the Executive Director of FECD, a development organization whose mission is to improve in a sustainable manner, the living conditions of the most vulnerable groups in Ecuador. William has worked in the development of the FSL (Felt Sense Literacy) project with Gene Gendlin and Mary Hendricks (Focusing Institute, New York). He has developed and implemented the model “Human Development through the Pause”. William has facilitated numerous Pause workshops in various communities in Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, USA & Europe.

Soti Grafanaki
Soti Grafanaki, Ph.D, C. Psychol. is a Professor of Counselling at Saint Paul University, Ottawa, Canada, and a Certifying Coordinator of Focusing. Soti has studied the impacts of Pause Workshops on Social Development Projects. In collaboration with William, she is contributing to the development of retreats and practical resources for supporting the implementation of the pause in organizations and communities around the world. She has co-facilitated with William a number of workshops in Latin America, USA & Europe.
