Promoting ‘Literacy of the Pause” as part of Social Development efforts has opened up new possibilities for more affective, and less fragmented interactions among individuals and communities. It has provided a more humanized Social Development model for building economic prosperity and wellness by attending to both internal and external transformation.
The implementation of the PAUSE workshops in various vulnerable communities in Ecuador has significantly contributed in reducing community tensions, family violence and has empowered people to find their own voice.
